  Carefully pack the garment in its original packaging; our courier partner will perform a quick surface check during pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 business hours.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
